I like this product because it does more than a manual head claw massager but isn't over the top or expensive. The vibration is just right, and the tips and the "fingers" are one piece of plastic so your hair doesn't get caught while massaging. Because of this, I find this product great to use even when my hair is in braids or twists because it doesn't undo them or tangle the hair.
